Welcome to the 2011 / 2012 school year!
It has been 15 years since I first started teaching at Foundations and I am delighted to be teaching French to Grades Four through Eight this year. I look forward to once again being part of a school environment where all students are welcomed, appreciated and encouraged. Our small class sizes will ensure that I can get to know my students and attend to their needs, both in the classroom and in the school community.
Our new French curriculum will focus on engaging activities that promote spoken French through the use of gestures, games, and activities. Reading and writing will be integrated into the program in ways that ensure confidence and understanding. Get ready for a challenging, fun and successful year in French!
